HOW DO I REGISTER TO ATTEND THE HYDROMETALLURGY 2023 CONFERENCE?
You can register online. For additional questions regarding registration for the Hydrometallurgy 2023 Conference, please contact SME Customer Service at cs@smenet.org or 303.948.4200. To receive advanced registration rates, SME must receive your registration form and payment by August 4, 2023. After August 4, 2023, regular rates apply.
HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF AN INVOICE OR RECEIPT?
Please send all receipt inquiries to meetings@smenet.org or contact SME customer service at 303.948.4200. You can also view your meeting registrations online and print your registration acknowledgement through your SME profile. Please visit www.smenet.org/login, use your email address and password on file with SME, and locate My Meetings below My Contact Information on the My Account page. To see registration details, select View Registration next to the corresponding meeting.
IF I PRE-REGISTER, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BADGE AND CONFERENCE MATERIALS?
All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the registration desk located at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Please review the schedule for Registration Hours.
WHAT DOES MY FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDE?
Conference registration includes access to all of the technical sessions, receptions and lunches. Tickets for the Tuesday dinner are available for an additional charge.
ARE TECHNICAL SESSIONS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION?
Your registration allows you access to all technical sessions.

MAY I BRING A GUEST TO MEALS AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS?
A guest registration is available for purchase. It includes access for that individual to attend receptions and lunches, but does not include access to any technical programming. The Tuesday night dinner is an additional fee and requires purchase of a separate ticket for all attendees who wish to attend.
All guests need to be registered and must wear an official badge to functions. The spouse/guest registration is intended for those not employed in the industry and does not include admission to technical sessions. SME reserves the right to cancel, without notice, a spouse/companion registration suspected to be for a professional and/or sponsor.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION?
All changes to an attendee record must be submitted in writing to cs@smenet.org.
WHAT IS THE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION?
If circumstances require you to cancel your Hydrometallurgy 2023 registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to meetings@smenet.org or by mail to:

Cancellations received by July 21, 2023 will receive a refund, less a processing fee of $100 There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after August 4, 2023. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until August 4, 2023. After August 4, 2023, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration will be issued after the August 4, 2023 deadline.
Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
HOW DO I RESERVE HOUSING FOR HYDROMETALLURGY 2023?
SME has secured a block of rooms at the special rate of $189 plus tax per night. A mandatory resort fee of $22.50 (reduced from $45) per night will also be added to all reservations. Reservations must be made by August 4, 2023, and are based on availability. Reservations can be made by contacting Arizona Biltmore Group Reservations at (800) 950-0086 or by visiting Hotel & Venue.
